The purpose of the Nine Nickels Opportunity Fund is to provide funding for life-changing enrichment opportunities, skill building, and educational tools for students who could otherwise not afford them. We want to fund opportunities that will expose kids to new possibilities, make them stronger students, or support a budding passion for the arts. 

Each Opportunity Fund grant, of up to $2,500, is to be used to help cover the cost for camps, workshops, online programs, structured educational travel, college or independent school tuition, and tutoring organizations. Grant funds will be distributed directly to the Nine Nickels approved programs or services selected in conjunction with the grant award winners.
